Not sure. Judging by the name "225" it probably means that it must have 225HP. I think that mister Aksit wants to say that it is good think that they reached 220HP in little amount of time in the initial stage and the goal of 225HP and the needed performance is not far.

He mentioned in his speech that project belongs to TEI so its TEI related. On the other hand Osman Bey is an ambitious man and he really wants to have Kale's own jet engine family , who knows , maybe we will see TEI - KALE like GE- PRATT , nice dream huh
