Actually, there wasn't much "sent" except for the ToT and the armor modules;

- The tanks' main armament [IMI MG253] along with KE projectiles had production lines set up at MKE's facilities where they then got produced.

- The tanks' Fire Control Systems & Electrical Gun and Turret Drive Systems were produced at Aselsan's facilities.

- The assembly of the upgrade package itself took place at 2nd Main Maintenance Center Command facilities.​

Basically, IMI sold the recipe for all the above along with the delivery of ready-for-assemble armor modules.

Yet again you leap to conclusions; the Fire Control System in question - Knight III, originally developed by Elbit Systems - were produced by Aselsan as the latter acquired the recipe for said system as part of the contract.

You falsely stated that upgrade kits were sent to Turkey whilst the vast majority of the components actually got locally produced by Turkish firms, using the know-how that was bought from Israel in exchange for money. Yet I agree with you that the list should mention IMI as a contributor as well, as the M60T involves their technology - implemented by Turkish sub-contractors.
