How does this compare to other similar systems?

Depending on the requirements the Missile's range can be extended to 300km considering Roketsan offered a "Rocket Artillery system with ING/GPS guidance" to Poland. In this case i suppose it can be compared to the American ATACMS.

The page you linked to says 5-50m CEP. Considering it's guided it's probably closer to 5.

Why MKEK have made boran (105 mm / similar to L 118) instead of something similar to M777 (155 mm).Surely TSK wanted that,but what is the point of 105 mm .

The early versions of the M777 had much less weight, thus it was possible for it to be carried by Blackhawks.

as I've said before;
M777 is mostly made of titanium and very expensive...
we simply can't make it at the moment

But if we had it we could transport it with our Mi17s
