You guys need to think a bit further than those conspiracy theories. traning camps and such that Turkey establish is for a better Somalia, so of course those who are not interested in that Somalian government and military are efficient would be interested in staging such attack. I think there are elements in Somalia who are not interested in Turkey helping Somalia. Terrorists are the prime suspect imo. Then perhaps foreign powers as well, but I believe blaming internal terrorists organizations would be more beneficial since they're a bit part of why Somalias development is slow, so if we can get rid of them faster, then I believe it becomes more difficult for foreign powers to plot sabotage and such.
