What's new

Turkey is open to bid on Eurofighter Typhoon warplanes if F-16s deal fails

The inflation is around 68 %, the growth is eaten by the inflation. This is also a lesson for Indian member who think the GDP number released to the media has already factored inflation since Indian member believe that their GDP Q1 growth is 4.1 percent and the inflation is 7 %, so the real GDP growth is 11 % LOL.

With that thinking so Turkey GDP Q1 2022 growth should be around 75 % LOL @Sudarshan
Yes it should be, but it won’t translate to real growth as long as their currency is losing value.

LOL, there will be no discontent around the Turk if that is the case, since their income will be able to absorb the inflation which is not the case.

You are fooled by either your media or government.

Not Turkish People but Republic of Turkiye buys F-16V or Eurofighter
so Turkish economy is not in danger but Erdogan's stupid policy raised the inflation ( 1 USD has risen to 17,3 TL from $7,2 TL in a year )

and Turkiye has enough money to buy 40 F-16V or Eurofighter
Turkish currency dropped by 960% since 2013 but still Turkiye has $700 billion of GDP ( bigger than Greece+Egypt combined )

stop nonsense
go and ask to bankrupt Greece who buys Rafales , F-35s , Frigates , Corvettes , etc

You were talking of GDP growth, I gave the answer, inflation isn’t a good thing.

Turkey's problems are on the table and there's no denying but look at you...talking like Indonesia is a second Japan.

Turkey despite all her flaws is light years ahead of Indonesia. Your export boom is artificially propelled by rising costs and demand for natural resources. Don't overestimate your country. You have still a long, long way to go to even achieve the industrial standards of a country like Turkey.

Indonesia is lucky that Nobody attacks on Indonesia and Indonesian economy

on the other hand , since 2013 Turkiye is in active fight against USA-France,Greece,Russia,İran,Syrian regime,HAFTAR,FETO,PKK/YPG ,ISIS in İraq,Syria,Libya and in the Eastern Mediterranean

and Turkish currency dropped by 960% since 2013

if there were no attacks on Turkiye and Turkish economy , now Turkiye would have minimum $1,5 trillion of GDP instead of $700 billion

Turkish economy is one of the fastest growing economy in OECD

You chose to do that. And you choose to keep spending billions for arms instead of helping your people.

Yes we chose to defend our homeland , people and national interests against bandit countries and their terrorists

and Turkiye spent even around $100 billion to help other muslim countries ( humanitarian aid ) including 4 million Syrian refugees in Turkiye

Here we go again..."attacks on Turkish economy"...

Yes ... only one example

in 2018 TRUMP attacked on Turkish currency to save CIA agent BRUNSON

and in 2018 1 USD has risen to 7,2 TL from 3,6 TL within 3 months

Are you repeating it to believe it?

about humanitarian aid

even Turkiye has spent $14 billion for humanitarian aid in 2 years between 2016 and 2017

Turkiye ranked third on the DI report in 2013, 2014 and 2015, second in 2016 and first in 2017, 2018 and 2019

Turkiye ranked second after US in global donor countries index In 2020,
Turkiye accounted for 26% of global humanitarian aid – $8.04 billion of $30.9 billion

2016

1 .. USA $6.3 billion
2 .. Turkiye $6 billion
3 .. UK $2,7 billion
4 .. Germany $2,6 billion

Global Humanitarian Assistance report 2017
http://devinit.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/GHA-Report-2017-Full-report.pdf

2017

1 Turkiye $8.07 billion
2 USA $6.68 billion
3 Germany $2.99 billion
4 UK $2.52 billion

Turkiye would buy 140 F35 or Eurofighter for $14 billion
but Turkiye has spent $14 billion for humanitarian aid in 2 years between 2016 and 2017

even I am not talking about 2012 ,2013,2014,2015,2018,2019,2020,2021

I have proved that Turkiye has spent $100 billion for humanitarian aid

Turkiye has enough money to buy even 380 new Planes for $66 billion for Turkish Airlines between 2013 and 2023

and public projects for $1 trillion between 2003 and 2023 led by president Erdogan

Turkiye has enough money ... better go and worry about bankrupt Greece

But you are the ones trying to get new jet fighters right now 😂

problem is not money
problem is political ( USA )

Now 230+ F-16s and 192 of S400 Air Defense Missiles easly can defend Turkish air space and MAVI VATAN

also 40 new F-16V or 30 Eurofighter Typhoons

and We are developing also 3 projects HURJET , KIZILELMA and TF-X

and 150 km SIPER high altitude Air Defense System

FUTURE IS OURS

First of all,nobody is "crying".

Second, you started your delirious statements again.

Yeter. Enough is enough. You are back from being banned and you are doing the exact thing as always: Provocative posting and spamming of the exact same c/p phrases.

Turkish inflation is 75% officially and about 150% or 155% unofficially. No matter the exports, that's a problem.

There is talk in Turkey about capital controls from 2023,gradually of course.
what is so provocative about his posts he is just stating facts

so are they buying the retired british eurofighters that are tranche 1 or something else?
tranche 3A or 4
