China is the world biggest manufacturer and has one fifth of the world population, it's very natural China's CO2 emission overall is very high but per capita is lower than western nations. In terms of improving the environment and clean energy investment, China leads the world, China is a very environmentally conscious country.

Irrespective of what decisions the western countries implement on climate change, all Asian countries should focus on increasing the forest lands and implement large scale afforestation programs. Setting aside the hostility, India & Pak can focus on the ever expanding Thar desert and implement Chinese methods of converting desert lands to forests and croplands
