Perhaps Pakistan, who holds a significant influence in the O.I.C should consider a mediation as it has strong ties to both Iran, Saudi as well as Turkey.

A common country who has good ties with all and is in the good books of all the three countries.

Pakistan holds religious and cultural similarities with Iran as much as it does with Turkey and Saudi.
