Turkey asks for Pakistan's help in development of next Generation Fighter

. .
To sum up the discussion i think we can help proliferation of china`s fifth generation technologies in turk plan with. chines consent.

.
Crap reporting, maybe they invite us to join project.. not to "Help" them as report says :D

yaap that must be the case of 'Lost in Translation' ...

.
Pakistan and Turkey should work together on the 4.5/5th generation fighter.

Looking at 10-12 year for such project , with our government chances are we will show interest around 2019

.
Turkey is also looking to develop a new generation of Trainer Aircrafts. Turkey has a lot of experience in Avionics, and trainer related hardware/software even selling WASIF and NETWASIF related avionics software to NATO countries.

For Instance Aermacchi M-346 is embedded with Turkish developed WASIF and NETWASIF.

.
I think Pakistani media has misquoted the news, it would be rather Pak and Turkey are collaborating for a next generation fighter. Turkey (TAI) has tremendous experience with producing airframes of F-16's , with avionics and Pakistan has tremendous experience with producing J-F 17 Thunder, so it would be a win win for all !!!

.
Pakistan has economical and political problems and JF 17 thunder is using chinese parts which lack any certification.

We cant use chinese junk, we must produce according to EU standards.

I dont see how Pakistan join TFX project. I think TFX is too expensive for PAF needs

.
We do produce with EU already.

If Pakistan wants to join TFX project, they must first purchase some ATAK T 129 choppers first. At least a hand full.

Pak has other options Aswell.. Chinese & US fighters.. Infact the Chinese have already sent their J for testing.. But most of us would like to have more economic and military ties with Turkey.

Also my man .. Do you think Chinese weapons are like the cheap electrical toothbrushes you buy? Or like the HQ SAMs you bought/interested in.

As for T-129s... Bro.. We recently bought 15 Vipers,MI-35E's .. apart from that Z-10s are already being combat tested... Buying so many types doesn't make any rational sense.

Yes .. Sure bro.. Although tit don't know that JF doesn't just use Chinese parts but European and co produced Pak & Chinese systems...

Italy,Spain are the nations supplying systems for JF..

As for TFX .. Sure bro.. It's too "expensive" for us.. we just bought 8 subs for 5-6 billion $,15 Vipers + hellfires etc for 1.111-15 billion $.. etc etc..

By the way in a joint development 2 parties pay share the costs and expertise .. Both of which Pak has.. with jets,AJTs,trainer/recon planes... JF-17,K-8,Super Mushak.. All of them being export successes.

When comes to technology collaboration and assist. Pakistan do know who is the first to look for help. We Chinese cherish Pakistan friendship!
China is our time tested brotherly nation .. But so is Turkey with whom we have had historic ties with.. We all can help eachother and prosper!

Bro I think you need to calm down a bit. Chinese stuff is not junk. They're producing some world class products.

And as far as expenses are concerned, we signed defence deals worth over $10 billion just this year.

If Chinese were indeed producing junk, we wouldn't put them in the LORAMIDS tender in the first place....

Another aspect is, although our "NATO partners" are unwilling to share ToT...... Chinese share ToT with us and in some critical systems like Ballistic Missiles and Air Defense Systems..... Think about it, our allies don't share but Chinese share...... so who is our ally ???

Sometimes I don't agree with you but most of the times you are dam good with answering people. Our economy sucks other wise we should be either part of TFX Turkish project or KFX the Korean and Indonesian project along with going for J-31.
