The hidden order is of 12 jets both the customer and jets are not known. It is request forwarded by a customer and Russia is considering the request.

SU 35 is a beautiful bird. If turkeys buys some of them , it will help to boost Turkey defense , F35 and Su 35 combination will make turkey defense in top ranks in the world even in case of U.S sanction about spare parts of F35, Turkey can rely on SU with confidence. This will make U.S.A thrice times to think that Turkey has also other option in the form of Su35.
Su35 is such time of fighter, a bomb truck any country want to have in their inventory.

I have heard news that request for purchase of Su jets have been placed by undisclosed customer for 12 jets. The type of Su and customer both have been kept secret. Russia is considering weather to process the request or not.
