I've been accused of being naive and a fool for saying this, but I believe there's no "Love Jihad" in India. It's an excuse used by parents to break a marriage between their children and a Muslim. There might be a few cases here and there, but for the most part the conversions are willing. People will do anything for love, even changing their religion.

In my experience the fate of the children is what they choose and most likely they be probably non practicing wth as they were if their mother married a Muslim as its a non practicing woman who marry outside the religion as well as a non practicing man . if the man is having a strong opinion about his religion won't marry outside his sect let's not talk about religion . so the fate of the children won't change much from this point of view .

Ad I let Allah be judge on that . I believe if we make a strong family unit by letting a girl marry a good man outside the religion who is caring for family and the girl and man respect each other God will really be happier than making a dysfunctional make the girl to marry somebody who she don't like and respect and the man and wife looking for an opportunity to jump at each other.
