My final post in this matter as things of faith always make me feel uncomfortable.
Laws should be JUST with respect to time.At one team the law of treating a black man equal to a less person was seen as just.At one time slavery was seen as just (it was even allowed in Islam I think ).
I find it odd that you expect progress in every field...like you expect you internet speed to go up, you enjoyed the progress of tech (primarily Western ) to make your life easier,you accepted progress in medical field...but you are admant on refusing progress on social field

Obviously all religions want to keep their followers and increase the number of followers, so many rules are created to further this cause. This again is one of such laws.

Correct, but there are plenty scientists in general that talked of evolution before Darwin. The philosopher Anaximander is the earliest we can find that spoke of a seemingly evolutionary theory. And this is before the Bible and even Socrates. Darwin's theory of evolution is special because it's the evolutionary theory that works out the best.
