It does means that TTP is feeling the shortage of manpower, and now willing to force stop those not willing to fight any more. The cooperation of X TTPs with intelligence and the safety of those people is important.

We have been winning since quite some time now . They are sitting in some remote mountain in Afghanistan , with the fences coming up and much more crackdown of forces on thr dogs casualities of citizens in terrorism will go down to 2003-04 levels this year .
