Bro the world should be a free place. The fanaticism of both muslims and neo cons is worrying. The victim is not only muslims but christians or even other religious groups in Pakistan, most of whom are deprived. My Christian people/allies/friends have suffered the very same fanaticism and the mistreatment muslims suffer when going to a christian country and there is no guarantee that only muslims will be denied visas to your countries.

All Pakistanis are in this together as our passport is the worst, thanks to terrorists we are trying to defeat. Ironically we are all treated as potential criminals or terrorists when they are only a fringe minority. Pakistanis partly have themselves to blame but it is unfair to other Pakistanis who work day and night to make an honest living and a name for their country.

That was a brilliant read and explains the dilemna of being a hindu in conservative Pakistani. As a Lucknowi migrant who moved late to what is now Pakistan I can say the same situation is faced by muslims in Indian occupied parts. Minorities in the sub continent have still not been accepted and racism is common against them. It makes me ashamed that my own family was suffering in Lucknow what this Ravi Ahuja suffered yet we do not have the dignity to feel empathy for our minorities and have become the oppressors.

Also we liberal secularists in Pakistan are outside the hold of this ideology. We accept Pakistani Hindus as our fellow citizens. I am myself a minority because I advocate extra rights for minorities. Only aiming for extra rights will mean equal rights. Sad to say. We aim for equal rights and the Hindus Ahmedis and Christians are facing a very bad situation

You forget he isn't a traditional republican. Trump received many criticism and condemnations from Republicans. Even Ted Cruz refused to endorse him. He doesn't enjoy smooth support in neither the senate nor the congress.
