Decision of fencing Pak-Afghan border by General Rahil Sharif was a strategic one.
There was a reason, why US was loosing trillions in Afghanistan bit not will to spend a penny on fencing the border. Same goes with Pak-Iran border, IRGC is already back to it's size by the idea of Pakistan fencing Iran border as well.
Also another example is Saudi-Iraq border, Isis used to regularly carry out attacks in border regions but all stop suddenly once Saudis build fence!

Taliban were formed by ISI. It is ISI's creation. In the initial years , ISI might have controlled them but not anymore. Taliban are very powerful and independent. They may have good relations with Taliban but I don't think they control.

Taliban was a joint creation of ISI/CIA along with Al-qauida to defeat Soviet Union in Afghanistan when this job was done in late 80s/early 90s they (ISI/PA) had no links to Taliban, and now tell me guys, when Taliban captured whole Afghanistan in mid to late 90s could Pakistani army/ISI dictated Taliban, please answer these questions
