If Pakistan feels that it is providing more access than what is being provided to Pakistan diplomat in US, then it is fair to say that US complain is unfair. If not, then Pakistan has to reciprocate it...Again, it is not only between US and Pakistan, rather applicable to diplomats of all the countries.

Let the US impose restrictions.

Pakistan should ensure that the same restrictions continue to be applied to all US embassy/consulate staff.

Unfettered access for diplomatic staff, that might be utilized for espionage, has far more benefits for the US (with its many magnitude more resources) than it does for Pakistan.

It's all a reciprocal arrangement, of course. Still, US relationship can be one-sided, especially diplomatically. Remember after Devyani Khobragarde India revoked the privileges of US diplomats and put the relationship on a more even keel. Pakistan can do the same if chooses to.

The only way to prevent unneeded spying is to reduce the number of diplomats and staffers the US can maintain in Pakistan. Right now the balance is one-sided in US favor. This problem can be solved if there's a political will to do so.

Pakistan need to reduce their staff, since they are issuing an average 5-15 visas daily. so there is not any burden of work to hire more staff.. they are abundance..
