Likewise we would never accept 'open borders'. Any support there was for this went crashing down after the APS massacre. The only idiots who still support 'open' borders are those etho-nationalist parties that can't even win over simple districts.

The minute Pakistan tries to open those borders; we'll see another wave of illegal immigrants, drugs, prostitutes, weapons and etc...

Even after the situation has calmed down, there will never be an open border agreement. You think Pakistanis will welcome you when they see videos of ungrateful Afghans burning Pakistani flags...?

If you look at the history of our relations; Afghanistan has always been sour towards Pakistan - refusing to recognize us, harbouring and supporting Baloch separatists, launching several incursions, refusing pre-partition refugees and etc... are just some examples.

Now you must face the reactionary consequences; Pakistan has learnt its lesson - Afghanistan can never be a friend. Building the wall, cutting Afghanistan off and forgetting a country by the name of Afghanistan ever existed is in the best interests of not only Pakistan, but the entire region and perhaps the world as well.
