Tribal elders vow to fight alongside Pak Army

WANA: Tribal elders from South Waziristan on Monday said that 10 million tribespeople would fight alongside the security forces to protect the motherland against the Indian aggression.

Speaking at a press conference at the residence of Malik Noor Khan Mehsud, elders of the Mehsud, Wazir, Burki, and other tribes said that they would support the security forces if India attacked Pakistan.

The elders, including Malik Kabul Khan, Malik Rehman Gul Mehsud, Malik Muhammad and others, said their forefathers had rendered sacrifices for the country and Kashmir.

They said that hundreds of tribesmen had died fighting Indian soldiers in Kashmir and vowed to lay down their lives for the security of Pakistan.

The elders said that Pakhtuns in Afghanistan were Afghans but claimed that the same ethnic group in Pakistan was not Afghan but only Pakhtun.

GHALLANAI: Political activists in Mohmand Agency staged a rally in support of the Pakistan Army. Speakers at the rally they said they would not hesitate to fight against India to protect the frontiers of Pakistan.

KHAR: Tribesmen in Bajaur Agency staged protest against India. They chanted slogans against India and warned it of dire consequences if made the mistake of attacking Pakistan.

KALAYA: Tribesmen in Orakzai Agency vowed a good response if India dared to attack Pakistan.

HANGU: Councillors, students and political activists staged rallies in Hangu to express solidarity with the security forces. They asked the chief of army staff to give a befitting response to India in case of any aggression.

MINGORA: Protesters burned effigies of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during rallies against India in different parts of the town. The protesters said that India would face defeat if it attacked Pakistan. They asked the government to support the Kashmiri people in their struggle.

Tribals have fought with the Pakistan army before. This is nothing special. India can spew out as much propaganda as they want but Pakistanis know where the tribal people's heart lies.

there are around 2.5 Million Tribal's able to carry Guns and Fight ... in time if they get fully Armed and with help of Army they get some Training than one can only imagine what they can unleash .. they are born and living in Mountainous Areas for almost all their lives , they can be stationed in Defensive Position if need Raise but i thin PA is sufficient for Defense of Pakistan...but we must Appreciate the Patriotism of our Tribal Brothers and their Commitment to their Homeland

Tribals say juice nikal gaya hey bhai.........around three millions of them are displaced and many are living humiliated life in tents....their houses are damaged or destroyed, and large number of them depend on aid. The ones , talking big about teaching lesson to India, are privileged Maliks........talking so to get attention and privileges from the state. A common Waziristani is in miserable state and has witnessed horrors of war and human rights violations of scale which make them care less about happenings in Kashmir.

Forget about India, are you honestly comfortable with the fact that tribals carry guns, their 'zewar' ? you are talking about fully arming them while popular demand in Pakistan is that tribals should be disarmed.........after all TTP sprung from their areas.

If tribals are ever needed then it will be too late anyway. Instead of that tribal elders can help Pakistan in better way and themselves also, by accepting the demand being in mainstream/merge with KPK. If FATA can become on par with KPK,in near future it will mean more resources for Pakistan and themselves.

Better economy, more budget for defence=saver Pakistan.
