Treat Eczema Naturally with Fish Oil and Oatmeal

The cause of this "disease" is usually immune system, what do you want to do with that? Rip out the immune system?
You are a bio student..
The immune system is according to the body needs. WBC grows when there is a predator in your body, . Virus, bacteria, etc antigens. May be you have some infection in your body. . Hypersensitivity can be another case which causes higher growth in WBC. Where you are universal reactor, even to water.

Why are you hypersensitive, God knows, as per allopathy. So cure is also in your nervous system, you tell your nervous system do not react, it will not react. But when to react when not to react is a system. So is it system which is wrong or predator causing system to be abnormal allopathy cannot diagnose with correct results in terms of these activity in body.

Sometimes the system is a little sensitive to everything...that is why we have people with allergies! The system reacts to things which normal systems dont! You suppress it with anti histamine...you dont try to "meddle" it coz no one knows how 100% of it works....Who knows you tweaking something might screw something else...

Now the thread title is talking about OATMEAL and fish oil for eczema....Can you please stick to the topic ...Thank you!

Magnesium sulphate(Epsom Salt) is also a good treatment for eczema and other skin allergy. most of those who like easier treatment better wash their infected body parts with a water containing Epsom salt. It may help a lot .

Oh you too? What do you do with the fish oil?

Well I think you first need to figure out why your skin is like that...If it is because of diet then yea changing it helps- for me it doesnt....
I went to Multan...had 2 sand storms and then my skin was fresh - Not even kidding! Multani Matti really is what it says...I would suggest that

My skin is not like that. I just take fish oil because my friend told me it is good for me. It helps with heart disease and with the amount of oils we take in, i think it has to help some what. :D

My uncles got a condition, their skin swells due to allergy

@Atanz @Indus Falcon

@MastanKhan should start selling some of it :ashamed:

Saturday night, it was really big dust+sand storm again here. Javed Hashmi's ancestor Makhdoom Abdul Rashid's tomb's water is said to cure skin diseases. As you mentioned visiting here ( Multan ) , should inquire if you got contacts here.

And Multani mitti isn't the dust you had with storm, it's actually fuller's earth, cheaply available. And btw, it also tastes good :ashamed:

"There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its remedy." Bukhari 7.582

Quoting for emphasis. I have always believed that there is a cure for every ailment that ever was.

I being a modern medicine practitioner don't believe in homeopathy , but what's the harm in trying.

Waste of time and money. Homeopathy has no actual science or even solid logic behind it, but it becomes a last resort for people whose conditions do not improve with actual medical care.

People are gullible..but perhaps it's understandable..

I was given antifungal as a child it dried up my skin after prolonged use :(

I believe the point you are missing is how to apply it as actually that what I missed earlier but later a Dr. told me how to apply it. 2ndly you must go with 2 way attack with Oral that is some medicine and it should be for least 6 weeks but do not follow the prescribed amount just take half of it and mark your Calendar for 6 weeks and don't miss a single dose. Apply ointment for 6 weeks 3 times a day least and uncover infected area because sweat is one of the primary reason for this problem after having it once.

Guys anything for pigmentation (white spots appearing on skin). please do let me know. Thanx

If you are talking about fungal infection then yes sweat is the primary reason...But sweat isnt the reason your body has an immuno response to something (inflammation) which on the skin can be called dermititis

Dermatitis (from Greek δέρμα derma "skin" and -ῖτις -itis "inflammation") or eczema (Greek: ἔκζεμα ekzema "eruption") is inflammation of the skin. It is characterized by itchy, erythematous, vesicular, weeping, and crusting patches. The term eczema is also commonly used to describe atopic dermatitis or atopic eczema. In some languages, dermatitis and eczema are synonyms, while in other languages dermatitis implies an acute condition and eczema a chronic one.

The cause of dermatitis is unclear. One possibility is that the condition is caused by a dysfunctional interplay between the immune system and skin.

The term eczema is broadly applied to a range of persistent skin conditions. These include dryness and recurring skin rashes that are characterized by one or more of these symptoms: redness, skin swelling, itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. Areas of temporary skin discoloration may appear and are sometimes due to healed injuries. Scratching open a healing lesion may result in scarring and may enlarge the rash.

Tinea or Viltigo? Easiest thing is to go to the doc :enjoy:

Tinea versicolor is an infection that causes discoloration of your skin. Most humans have a yeast fungus, called Pityrosporum ovale, on the surface of his or her skin. When this fungus starts to grow too much, the skin becomes infected. The overgrowth of yeast interferes with the skin’s normal pigment. Tinea versicolor is common, and can be a chronic challenge that comes and goes throughout your life.

Melanin is the pigment that gives the skin its characteristic color. Vitiligo is caused by a loss of pigment in the skin, due to destruction of pigment-forming cells known as melanocytes. The exact cause of the destruction of these cells is not known. One possible explanation might be that the body's immune system destroys the cells, as in other autoimmune conditions.
