sorry to share my thought on other cringe worthy thing and that is patriotic songs. my problem is with the overdose of graphics , camera work and music. I am not going to compare them with the vintage songs and praise them like a grumpy old git, I , myself like the modern instruments but its the right use
worse of them all are the military songs and military related programs. sometimes a raw no nonsense footage is better than pompous dialogue music and irritating camera work. but then again its about personal choice

some might like the way they are played out some like me find it cringe worthy (my biggest gripe being where professional soldiers who have trained with millions of public money expressing their desire to be shaheed instead of killing the bloody enemies of the state)

I dont follow bollywood content but iheard from some ppl to check out haider as it was on kashmir topic and honestly even tho like any other bollywood film mad for commercial reasons they did include some intimate scenes and silly songs that i had skipped but in rest of the film indian army atrocities in kashmir were very nicely covered ,but this pakistani film is such a shame on kashmir cause.

Either make a commercial film and leave kashmir out of it , keep it to Bollywood inspired dance numbers and music or if u are making on Kashmir then throw out those garbage bollywood inspired cringey dance numbers ,commercialism and get serious with the cause. I mean even indians despite being indians made a good effort to highlight kashmiris plight in haider and here this is what pakistanis are doing.These kind of films are never made with the intention to highlight the real issue, they are made to commercially milk a conflict even if its as sensitive as kashmir.

Plus baikaar actors like maumar rana should never be allowed to act this guy can't utter a single dialogue with decency. But if im not wrong he produced the film hence casted his so "unwanted and untalented self" in it.

Sometimes background music was irritating but not that bad as some super cheesy coverages we get to see. Altho not a fan of wajahat saeed khan but his show episodes on military are also well made.

This is the first look of an upcoming pak airforce film sher dil. Hands down one of the worst teasers ihave ever seen

Wajahat is well informed and does a lot of research, his programs are watchable. he used to have to much focus on his face instead of the surroundings in the past but that changed. I challenged him (in a lighter way) on twitter and I think he made a note of that as he acknowledged my feedback. sometimes there is over doze of heavy metal but thats it.

another awesome presenter is Talat Hussain (naya Pakistan) check out his programs where he has visited operations sites. his delivery, his research and over all presentation is also impressive. he, like Wajahat , has been lucky in getting much access from military to give first hand feel.

for me flashy images and quick flickering of images is big turn off. I cant watch the movie "waar" and similar other movies (what is mother of the slain soldier doing inside the battlefield?)

thanks for warning me about sher dil. I wont watch the clip or might watch it with muted sound.

Omg lol, well at least they're trying. I think a simple straight forward real-life documentary on the PAF with an actor/actress commentating would have been better.

This washed out actor is out fighting a jihad with a bandana with the kalma on it and then in the next shot he's running an international romance with his hoe, that's disrespectful. Half the trailer is him delivering dialogues as if he has a stroke and the other half is overuse of CGI. Don't know what kind of a retard would go watch this.
