Well in Karachi there were big stalls in each signal people can stop & eat whatever they want to.

Not comparing but my point was to tell that it already existed before nothing new, Pakistan is a nation with big hearts.

sir jee jub ap garmi mai kharay hoo kar traffic control karo gay na tub puchun ga haan bhai is it necessary expensive or useless expense

Haan bhai, hum tu ghaar baith kay chapati banatay hain. Come work with me one day and you will understand the meaning of garmi. Useless expense because a cowboy hat can be replaced with a ranger hat which is more practical and less expensive.
