If we want to get rid of these people, we've got to stop acting like a third world state. Those who promote sectarian rifts should be given public warnings. That is what I meant. Make an Example out of those who go against Govt. Instruction regarding Banned in promoting Sectarianism. All those Students of Madarsahs are under few Mulvis in Madarsahs so its not very hard to catch them for their Crimes and Brought them to Justice.

Regarding New Ideology then its a long shot because all these sectarian Ideology took Years to become something what they are today so implementing new Ideology would take time and require lot of Patience which has ran out in Pakistan.

I don't think it will be that difficult. The problem is that for almost 10 years we've just ineffectively tried to convince the poor to put their support in a poor, corrupt and crumbling state which has done very little to help them. We need something strong, something which can inspire the people. People liked hearing of a mighty Islamic state which will push out all the foreign invaders and corrupt politicians which is why they supported the Islamists.
The army is in a very good position and can play a key role in getting the support of those who've been abandoned by the state. Look at how we've seen a massive turnaround in public opinion regarding the Taliban during operation Zarb-e-Azb. Same could be done for the Shia-Sunni rift.

Looks like in impossible task. Government has given the task of education to religious seminaries. We know the situation of most government schools, not everyone can afford to send their children to those useless English mediums either. Religious schools seems to be the first choice for average Pakistanis.

This is the same logic as 'if you don't wana be raped, don't wear certain kind of clothes'. A girl could be completely naked, rape is still not justifiable. People should be allowed to put decent display pics, theirs or otherwise as long as they don't violate the rules.
