But almost all of the list is in Asia or Africa...good 'ole Venezuela and Colombia made it.

Turkey might be there because it hosts the largest refugee population in the world. Refugee population is one of the factors in scoring countries here.

Apparently a certain other country has even worse ills but somebody seems to want to put up a perpetual diversionary smokescreen instead to hide their own...maybe you can rattle your own off too to show us all why you are down at the bottom of this list..yet so eager to highlight other countries.

Looks mostly fair. Surprises are Russia and Turkey. In reality Mexico, South Africa, and Brazil are probably more risky, but Turkey and Russia have war zones.
