Till date Sukhoi didn't give Lockheed Martin F22 answered. So technically LM is ahead then Sukhoi but we don't know the future because US also facing cash problems.

Su-35 is on par with F-22. F-22 is very expensive to service. Each flight costs millions of USD because has to be repainted after each flight. Service rate under 50%, basically junk.

Su35 is not on par with F22 otherwise it was first choice for India over Rafale. SU35 may find some place near to F35 but F35 is true stealth compare to SU35 which use electronic counter measures

Yes it is. F-22 is like RAH-66 and America canceled RAH-66 and instead bought AH-1Z which means stealth is a fad.
