1970 Munic bus attack (a bus carrying passenger to a airplane was attacked by three muslim on Munic Riem airport... one of the passenger was the son of Israels Defence minister) one killed 23 wounded,
1972 Munic Olympia massacre (11 israel olympiics and one German policemen killed)
1949 attack on jewish Menarscha synagogue in Syria 12 killed 30 wounded

the list of pre 1980´s islamic terror is long and deadly

I never said that there wasn’t a single incident before then, but the volume exploded after the 1980s once the US started to invest in proxies.

What I am saying is that lots of groups have used terror as a tactic - Israelis used it against Britain in the Ergenekon terror attacks, killing 50 British people etc

Then you have Tamil suicide bombers, IRA and the list goes on. The chart speaks for itself before the 80s and US expansion into the Mid East

If US won Syria war, Iraq may have to share its top position of the chart with Syria.

Don’t forget Libya. The list of US ‘investments’ are endless. Gaddafi ruled Libya with the highest HDI in Africa, only country there building high speed rail, before the US intervened.

Under the pretext of freedom and democracy, US can only brings wars, deaths and total chaos to your land.

Their commander was a Christian Jew (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luttif_Afif). They named their own attack after two Christian villages destroyed by the Israelis (kafr birim and iqrit).

Islamic Jihad enters into the Palestinian world in a significant form with the arrival of Hamas in the late 80s. PLO was/is a secular/Palestinian nationalist organization with just as strong support from the Christian community as the Muslim.

See how many perished due to US intervention in those regions, most of them are Muslims, and now US suddenly becomes so passionate about protecting Uighurs in China, where Uighurs enjoy increasingly better life with markedly prolonged life expectancy and zero casualties suffered.
Their goal for Xinjiang is very clear from this chart, making Xinjiang another Afghanistan or Iraq.

Do you know there were already many killing between Shia and Sunni Muslim basically as long as Islam exist, most of those casualty (Even today) were created by both Muslim group targeting one another. However, most of those were classified as sectarian violence, but not terrorism (which basically only after 2001)

While we should not denied the fact that US involvement worsen the situation, but one should not blame the US on something they did not start to begin with. And I do not see how this have anything to do with Xinjiang. There were many Muslim country that US involve with does not appear in this list (Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and so on). So what does that say about the issue?

The top two in the chart were both invaded by US , what a "conincidence".

Terrorist attack happens before US involvement, and will happen after US involvement (by the way, you can see US cease involvement in Iraq since 2011 and it is where they Spiked from 28k to 70k casualty) This is not an "Coincident" but rather the US engage in a fight that is already happening.

If you look at other people comment, if by your account, then Russia would be to blame for the Sectarian violence in Afghanistan, not the US. And also, by your own assertion, US involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan actually curb the terrorist attack in those two countries because once US disengage form Iraq in 2011 and Afghanistan in 2015, both country surge on the number of Terrorist attack victim.

Many terrorist groups were actually started and funded by US, other nations may or may not play a part in this mess but no one comes close to US in scale and intensity.

First of all, the definition of "Terrorist" group is different today in 2010s and back in 1970s, also, different country have a different definition of "Terrorist"

Today, Mujahedeen would have been a Terrorist Group, back in 1980s, they were not. That is why there were no terrorist attack in Afghanistan (As shown in your graph) during 1980s Afghan-Soviet War, that does not mean Terrorist does not exist back then, that just mean the definition is different.

As I said, in your graph, it show Iraq and Afghanistan Terrorist Fatality "Spiked" after US withdrawal, so, by your logic, US involvement is what Curb those Terrorist Group active in Iraq and Afghanistan, not instigate it.

You and west can change the definition for terrorism to suit your agenda, but it won't changed the fact the those terrorists groups can almost all trace back their origin with US connections and fundings.

What if US had never gone to Iraq and Afghanistan? Wa all know how the mess started in the first place.

Umm, you get it the other way around.

There were terrorism BECAUSE it was defined by the west, as per my example, Mujahedeen would not consider a Terrorist Organisation back in 1980 when they were fighting the Russian, ask any Russia that fought in that war and ask them would they consider Mujahedeen act as a terror when they capture their mate and cut their balls off and send them back to Russia? Terrorism back then is IRA, Black Panther, today it's AQ and ISIS, that does not mean prior to American involvement, there were no terrorism in the middle east.

It would be the same, Shia still have a war with Sunni and Persian would still have wars with Arab, they have been at war for 500 years from now, US wasn't even discovered yet, they will not stop because US was not involved.

Shia and Sunni conflicts are always there, but without western powers' intervention, they are manageable.

Islamic radicalism is the reaction of Israeli settlements in Palestine. All started from there and west is to blame for supporting Jewish settlers..

Historically, Muslims saved jews from christians several times.

But I think the deadliest ones in history were not muslims. Should I remind you the names?
