For some, this list may not be in accordance with their own opinion of the 10 best skylines. Because of both big differences between cities and an absence of general requirements that a 'good' skyline has to meet, the determination whether a skyline belongs to the best 10 in the world or not, differs from person to person and is therefore subjective. there are some rigid criteria I've used for this list. So here is what they are in order.- Visual Vertical Impact Index, Height, Density, Style & Organization, Surroundings & Topography.
Please keep in mind that this is my personal list.
