Afghans do come to India but it's much easier to move to Pakistan.

Most Afghans eventually start hating Pakistan it's a fact. The poor ones might not but just because they need the support or don't know as much. They change once they are well to do, you can especially see the ones that get settled in western countries or more educated ones. And why not actually, they feel Pakistan is destabilizing their nation and occupying their land. Ofcourse they turn anti Pakistan once they get the big picture.

Again, the Afghan diaspora is predominantly left-leaning and liberal which HAD to flee their country because their survival was jeopardized due to the Civil War, hence the higher percentage of anti-Pakistan sentiment. Even among educated Afghans, there is sanity.

There are still numerous diaspora Afghans that hold Pakistan in high regard and the natives are mostly ambivalent or slightly pro-Pakistan. The ties of kinship, language and culture overpower any animosity that exists. It isn't like Indian Punjab and Pakistani Punjab where there are fewer bonds. The tribes on both sides of the border are by and large, the same.

I think that the decision between friendship or enmity is for Afghanistan to make, not Pakistan/

But Pakistan does need to trade carefully after the U.S. withdrawal. Contrary to Pakistan's or Pakistani belief Taliban are not a lackey of Pakistani agencies. They'll first and foremost look to consolidate their own power and interests, and could see large concessions from Pakistan, which may or may not be in Pakistan's interest to cede.

Again, a certain segment claims that land. Tajiks don't care, Uzbeks are too tied up in their issues to really worry. It's the Afghan Nazis or Pashtun supremacists that are brainwashed into thinking that they can capture Attock. Most average Afghans could not care less about capturing Pakistan since their survival is severely jeopardized. 40 years of carnage with more on the horizon.
