what you say is moral but not practical in south asia... we have fragile states and tampering with such states will cause massive issues... India(or south asia) is not UK.
Just look at syria.. you will have that type of civil war if India starts to break away... and it will burn everybody including pakistan. It does not mean however India should use lethal force or continue brutality by security forces.

2. Remove all the settlers in P-O-K after 1947

3. Get back the J&K regions you have given to China
