To all desis settled in U.S , i need sme help..!!

i am struck with silly doubts and these doubts dsnt even let me sleep thesedays , i am in my final yr of engg, i recently gave my gre and got 312 marks .. nw i am confused in choosing univs, can smeone advice me sme univs that offer good scholarships/assistantships for ms in cs ? (i dont want to spend huge amount on my graduation by taking loans).The thought which really scares me what to do if i dont get a job in u.s after my ms ?? does everyone get a job after there ms ?? what about the otp thing ??

anyone who watches this thread drop sme advice , that would help me cme out of this conundrum..
