Why would you advise others to harass the individual on Twitter? It’s possible her experience may be genuine. If she got questioned specifically then it was unethical. However querying general whereabouts without discrimination and carried on all is indiscriminative.

These people are so under propaganda that every time they are stopped or checked they think it's due to race. I live in Lahore when ever I enter Cantt I am stopped and checked and asked where I am from and where I am going. These people need to be dealt with

Many people are stopped and questioned in Pakistan. Even non Hazaras. Even Kashmiris and Punjabis. Even Overseas Pakistanis get stopped and questioned...

I don't live in Pakistan but I was questioned at numerous checkposts while travelling in the northern areas in January.

Should I complain?

If you are Punjabi or Kashmiri no. How dare you(!) If you are Pak Afghan, Hazara, Baloch then yes, absolutely. And if you are Afghan Afghan, well then you should rule half of Pakistan as this is your birth right(!)
