While it is a fact that China is occupying Tibet illegally; it is also a fact that the world is not keen to create new borders and nations and wishes that people live with greater autonomy within current borders. If China offers religious freedom to Tibetans and enables them to develop economically as well as culturally then the Tibetan leadership should be happy.
