Indian judiciary laid down one more principle of " Capital punishment in rarest of rare case". This allows hard core criminals to get away with minimal punishments. Except yakub memon, all other culprits got away with jail term of 20 years in a case in which over 250 people lost their life. Now people can interpret this in their own way but certainly Indian judiciary takes to long to deliver judgement.
