If India wants to give 3 billion dollars at low interest over 10 years then BD would be silly to turn it down.

In the same time period Japan gives 12 billion dollars and China even more.

Like I say if India gives 3 billion US dollars at good rates of interest, BD will take it.
BD will need till say 2025 until it can raise it's own sources of infrastructure funding.
If the Indian money helps develop BD quicker then so much the better.

Anyway this is part Indian payment for helping tackle the NE separatists and transit so not
like it is charity.

I am not against co-operation with India as long as it also is in BD's interest.

Entire $3 billion can't and won't be spent against sepratists, it's too huge for that.
