কক্সবাজারে আটক তিন পাকিস্তানিকে ঢাকায় পাঠানো হয়েছে

কক্সবাজার বিমানবন্দর থেকে গত সোমবার সন্ধ্যায় আটক করা তিন পাকিস্তানি নাগরিককে গতকাল মঙ্গলবার সকালে ঢাকায় পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে। তিন পাকিস্তানিকে কক্সবাজারে দেখভাল করার দায়িত্বে থাকা মারকাজুল মুসলেমিন নামের একটি এনজিও’র প্রতিষ্ঠাতা মুফতি রিয়াজ উদ্দিন খান নামের এক ব্যক্তিসহ আটক ৫ জনকেও জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের পর গতকাল কক্সবাজারে ছেড়ে দিয়েছে পুলিশ।
কক্সবাজার পুলিশ সূত্রে জানা গেছে, গত সোমবার সন্ধ্যার দিকে কক্সবাজার বিমানবন্দর থেকে তাদের আটক করা হয়। তারা এদিন রাজধানী ঢাকা থেকে বাংলাদেশ বিমানের ফ্লাইটে কক্সবাজার আসেন। তাদের গোয়েন্দা পুলিশের হেফাজতে নিয়ে ব্যাপক জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হয়।
কক্সবাজার বিমানবন্দর থেকে আটক পাকিস্তানিরা হচ্ছেন- মোহাম্মদ আরশাদ (৫০), আসাদ-উর-রশিদ (২৭) ও শহীদ হাফিজ (৪৫)। তাদের মধ্যে প্রথম দু’জন বর্তমানে হংকংয়ে নাগরিকত্ব নিয়েছে।
কক্সবাজার বিমানবন্দরে বিদেশি নাগরিকদের বিশেষ সেবায় নিয়োজিত পুলিশ পরিদর্শক মনিরুল ইসলাম জানান-‘আটক পাকিস্তানি এই তিন নাগরিক পাকিস্তান থেকে সরাসরি ঢাকায় না এসে প্রথমে হংকংয়ে যান। ওখান থেকে তারা গত রবিবার ঢাকায় পৌঁছেন। এরপর তারা এক মাসের ট্যুারিস্ট ভিসা সংগ্রহ করেন। সোমবারই তারা ঢাকা থেকে কক্সবাজার চলে আসেন।’
এক মাসের ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসা সংগ্রহকারী এ তিন পাকিস্তানি কক্সবাজার বিমানবন্দরে পুলিশের হাতে আটকের পর রাজধানী ঢাকায় অবস্থানকারি ক্ষমতাসীন দলীয় লোকজনের সঙ্গে উঠাবসা রয়েছে এমন একজন ব্যক্তি কক্সবাজারে সংবাদকর্মীদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেন। ওই ব্যক্তি পাকিস্তানি নাগরিককে ছাড়িয়ে নিতে তদবির করতেও কক্সবাজারে সংবাদকর্মীদের পরামর্শ দেন।
পুলিশ জানায়, প্রথমে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদে তারা বিভিন্ন রকমের বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য দেয়। তারা বলে কক্সবাজারে আত্মীয়ের বাড়ি রয়েছে। বাস্তবে এরকম সঠিক ঠিকানা পুলিশকে জানাতে পারেনি। পরে পুলিশকে জানানো হয় তারা রোহিঙ্গা শিবির দেখতে এসেছেন। তাদের কথাবার্তা সন্দেহ জনক হওয়ায় তাদেরকে ক্যাম্পের দিকে যেতে দেয়নি পুলিশ।
কক্সবাজারের পুলিশ সুপার ড. এ কে এম ইকবাল হোসেন জানান, আটক পাকিস্তানিদের গতকাল সকালেই কক্সবাজার থেকে ঢাকায় নভোএয়ার বিমানে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে। কক্সবাজার বিমানবন্দরে সোমবার সন্ধ্যায় পাকিস্তানি তিন নাগরিককে বহন করার জন্য একটি অ্যাম্বুলেন্স নিয়ে হাজির হন মুফতি রিয়াজ উদ্দিন খাঁন নামের একজন মাওলানা। পুলিশ সেই অ্যাম্বুলেন্সসহ মুফতি ও অপর ৪ জনকে আটকের পর জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করে।
খুলনার খানজাহান আলী থানার শিরোমনি এলাকার খান মতিয়ার রহমানের পুত্র মুফতি রিয়াজ উদ্দিন খাঁন মার্কাজ-উল-মুসলেমিন নামের একটি এনজিওর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা। বাংলাদেশি মুফতি রিয়াজ উদ্দিন খাঁন নামের মাওলানা রোহিঙ্গা ক্যাম্পে পাকিস্তানিদের রাখাসহ তাদের দেখভাল করার জন্য সফরসঙ্গী হিসেবে ঠিক করা হয়। কিন্তু পুলিশের গোয়েন্দা তৎপরতার কারণে তাদের সেই চেষ্টা ব্যর্থ হয়।
অভিযোগ উঠেছে যে, কুতুপালং রোহিঙ্গা শিবিরে প্রায়শ রোহিঙ্গাদের মাঝে নগদ টাকা বিলি করে পাকিস্তানি নাগরিকগণ। শিবিরের কিছু রোহিঙ্গা নেতাদের (রোহিঙ্গা মাঝি) হাত করে এসব পাকিস্তানি নাগরিক রোহিঙ্গা যুবকদের হাতে নগদ টাকা তুলে দিয়ে তাদের হীন উদ্দেশ্য চরিতার্থ করতে কাজ করছে। গোয়েন্দা কর্মীরা জানিয়েছেন, তারা পাকিস্তানি নাগরিকদের গোপনে এবং নানা ছলছাতুরির মাধ্যমে রোহিঙ্গা শিবিরে আসা-যাওয়ার বিষয়টি তদন্ত করে দেখছেন।
