And for every green ration card(who live in poverty line) providing 25kg of rice(every month) for free of cost and govt. giving subsidy for building house for poor. our central government introduced one scheme called rural employment program in this scheme every villagers can work upto 280 days per day their salary is 180 and providing free goats to them. Our state government introduced Health insurance scheme accoding to that any poor or middle class people can take high class treatment in Apollo,sangKar nethiralaya ,VASAN , ,VADAMALAYAN ,CMC etc . govt paying insurance upto 3-4 lacs including medicine excluding TA ,Some relaxation for children . Slums u can only find in Chennai it around 1lac people around TN taking necessary action in this regard probably u won't see slum in TN after 2016. Growth , quality of life wise Pakistan or SL is not equal to TN . if u need the proof of above scheme then I will provide .

Like I said, give me a million bucks to work in an oil rig Africa, and I will go, because the money I will be getting is good, but it no ways or mean is Africa more developed than the country I currently live in.

Answer is there, if you don't have better business opportunity in your country you're trying to seek another country which you can gain bigger amount of money. That country may be undeveloped than your country but rich in business opportunities than your country, that's why you're trying to do business.

It's not about country, business opportunities are present everywhere, and I'm sure even you would move to Africa if presented with the same opportunity. But that doesn't mean there is a lack of opportunities in Sri Lanka, it only means that you as an individual found an opportunity in Africa. That's all there is to it.

On topic, I think both India and Sri Lanka are booming currently hence both countries have excellent prospects for business.
