'This Seat Is Not For Pakistanis Like You', Youths Humiliate Elderly Muslim Man In Delhi Metro

Tell me what are the possibilities? Rahul Gandhi can never be a viable option, Kejri is not an option either, not after the recent electoral setbacks. There can never be a stable third front. So what options do people have? And going by the recent performance of BJP in MCD elections, one can easily claim that BJP will win hands down since opposition is unable to show any major shortcomings of present government.

Nitish seems to be a good and viable bet. He's a proven leader. He's turned around a pretty basket case state. He's liked. He's honest. And he's stood up to Modi and actually won.

LOL..... He is as honest as Manmohan singh

Tej Pratap yadav gave a contract of Rs 90 lakh for the Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park in Patna for earth filling work and construction of pathways to a company that ferried soil from a proposed mall site owned by a firm in which the minister, his siblings and mother are shareholders.

This is just one that has come to public attention, you can bet there are plenty others which are yet to be revealed.

I think the public just had enough of "Manmohan singh" kind of "honesty".

Draconian Alochol Ban he introduced in Bihar alone will sink his boat in the next state assembly. Lets hope BJP veto his Ghar Wapsi.

Bihar BJP just SUCK. They do not have what it takes to come to power, especially Sushil kumar modi.

They need to promote someone like Giriraj Singh if they want to consolidate Hindu votes and bring BJP to power.

End of the day people like DOERS and STRONG MEN. Alcohol ban has projected Nitish kumar as a doer AND a Strong man. That postiive image will overwrite the negative of not getting alcohol. You can be sure that 50% of the voters i.e. women will vote for him.

You shall help hindustan to find another master, who can teach them how to be human.

Majority of Indians are racist by nature especially when it comes to muslims. I guess the underpinning reason behind this mentality is the strange and unjust caste system that they have been following from centuries.
They became racist due to the constant brainwashing since the British left.
One should know how gullible they are.

@ranjeet as well ...

Modi got a state that was always wealthy and pretty much better than Bihar on all indices.

I would propose that Nitish turning Bihar around is a whole lot more impressive than what Modi did with Gujarat.

And Nitish is secular. Modi quite obviously is not.

If the opposition get their act in order, the primary aim being to take India back from the BJP and Hindutva forces first and above all else, then they must start projecting Nitish as a viable alternative to Modi from TODAY.

And let Modi and the BJP then dig a bigger hole for themselves while Nitish's stock rises.

Not at all unlike what the BJP did with Modi in the dying years of UPA II.

Nitish Kumar is a good leader - no doubt but he is tainted with association with Lalu and his 9th fail kids. Like somebody said - he could be MMS of the third front. Personally uncorruptible but turning blind eye on what others are doing. A big drowback is that he is not a national leader. He has sway in Bihar but outside he is a big zero. Even in Bihar he managed to defeat modi by allying with Congress and Lalu. This alliance did not benefit him. It was Lalu who benefited. JD(U) won less no of seats as compared to RJD. He is being weighed down by Lalu. Given an opportunity he will dump Lalu and switch to BJP specially if he is gien some senior cabinet berth

Other Anti Modi Leadership
Rahul Gandhi - Fail
Akhilesh Yadav - Fail
Arvind Kejriwal - Big Fail
Sundry "leaders" like Kanhaiyya Kumar, Hardik Patel, Gurmehar Kaur - Barsaati Medhak
Mamata Bannerjee - Jihadi Didi (wont get Hindu Votes outside West Bengal)

Any Non Congress third front will have to have external support from Congress and that will make it highly vulnerable. Not to mention the high egos of all the leaders plus the obvious contradictions between them. If Mamata allies with Left or BSP with SP just to defeat Modi then people will see right through that.

Two things.

Why do you say Nitish is not a national leader?

What Modi a national leader?

Was Deve Gowda a national leader?

Was Gujral or VP Singh a national leader?

Was MMS a national leader?

What is a national leader per se? Everyone is either a state leader at most, or is in the cabinet or becomes PM.

Secondly, I would not discount Congress that easy were Priyanka to be put forward.

Wadra would need to have an accident though. Or a messy divorce and child custody battle in court. Sonia dying would not recreate an Indira.

By 2012-13 Modi was very popular outside gujarat. He was invited to campaignin all the states. + he had the big BJP and RSS machinery. BJP was winning seats and runnning govts in many states. As compared to that Nitish is confined to Bihar because his party is confined to Bihar

Devegowda and Gujral were accidental Prime Ministers. Even they themselves did not know they would become PM. and you can see how long their govts lasted. You want an unstable govt at center just because it is "secular"

BTW the words Secular and Liberal in India are so mangled that they have lost all meaning. But that is a different debate all together

Coming to MMS. He was a puppet PM. I dont think that in 2004 even 24 hours before the announcement he knew that Sonia would be making him the PM. He was not a National Leader but a placeholder controlled by Sonia and her cotrie. Yes in 2009 he was projected as a PM candidate before hand but still I wont say he was a National Leader in the true political strength. Do you say that after 10 years as PM MMS can still be considered as a National Leader?

I will give you a hint. Just look at Congress and BJP posters. Conress posters will have Sonia, Rahul the local leader and his assorted chamchas. MMS is very rare in the posters. On the other hand a BJP poster without modi is very rare

And Modi was in National BJP posters long before the 2014 elections

As for VP Singh, I wont be able to comment as I was very young then and had absolutely no interest in politics. I was more interested in my toys. However years later I felt the effect of VP Singh annd his Mandal Politics while applying for my engineering. (another debate for another time)

So Nitish will need to be projected at the national level.

Do you think a polarized and fragmented and hostile and suspicious Indian society with a unipolar national political environment with no opposition is a good thing?

Well in a healthy democracy a goood opposition is very important. However I feel that Modi needs 10 years atleast to repair the damage by the congress and left liberals.

By 2024 the people of India will be able to see adequately whether BJP is the right choice or they should look upto someone else. As of today and foreseeable till 2019 that someone else is not available.

I will like to see the 2019 election results to see the political landscape in a better way. My understanding is that BJP will be able to touch around 300 mark. They are making great strides in both East and South. My understanding is that the leader of the largest Non Congress opposition will be a challenger to Modi in 2024.

Its a massive chip on the shoulder from a thousand years of rule.

jinnah recognised it

The humiliation they suffered was immense, so the only thing they can do is revise history and harm their own unarmed minority population now and then crow about it

Jinnah was thus adamant we must have our own state, our own laws, our own military and weapons
even he recognised the butt hurt of the hindus
So please take the muslims from Bharat they are a burden to us anyway
