Getting back to the topic, this was expected from beginning of his tennure, not sure why it took 2yrs to open up. He already said, we will speak the language that pakistan talks or understands. He is just building upon those words. You speak about atrocities, then he is going show mirror for sure. Probably for last 2 years he was trying to build up his global image so that when he speaks world would give a thought to it and not just pass it away with air.

This shift from saving our J&K to claiming back Azad Kashmir was missing in congress backbone which gave pakistan the strength and courage to feel that they can have Kashmir or they own Kashmir. Modi is just getting things on right track and this is going to hurt Pakistan in long run with its plans for Kashmir.

All Pakistan has to say is send some U.N observer and come see how we are transforming Balochistan and Pakistan and have reduced terrorism and increased our economy and by the way lets also end some observers to indian occupied Kashmir

What indian wants is silence on the issue of Kashmir not to run around shouting Balochistan because as soon as any international body gets involved the issue of Kashmir will be raked up

You can guess the level of concerns in Pak diplomatic and govt circles .Till now their FO didnt released a clear reply for Indian PM's decision .
Pakistan thought this was same like in 1990s .
Still they didnt get the gravity of their trouble .

If there is no reduction in this tense situation ,Indian PM may speaks about Balochistan for the first time in UN .
Things are not that good for Pakistan .
