Guangzhou is a Massive City, bro. There are over 15 million people that live in Greater Guangzhou City , even if you travel here 15 times, still there are so many places to visit. People here don't act like 'city folks' , they are very very pleasant in temperament. Even tho they live in one of the largest cities in the world.

I visit Shenzhen many times, but Shenzhen is completely different from Guangzhou.

just coz i dont know the "hongkong type"(use english sound)...
also coz i am from teochew ... so i can say cantonese, but can not write it .. sorry..
