This 1,400kg bull is a cash cow; owner turns down Rs 7 crore offer

Bull and milk?

BGH is widely available everywhere, so why not many such huge bulls - Including Pakistan?
Why bringing in Pakistan? Cant you folks live without bringing Pakistan into every damn thing?

I made the comments not as a Pakistani but as a molecular biologist who work on similar things and teach MSc/PhD students industrial biotechnology.

Bovine growth hormone and other hormones such as androgens, oestrogens, adrenal hormones (beta-agonists) are used to increase the muscle mass of the cattle in addition to increased milk production. BGH is produced in both cows and bulls just like human growth hormone (HGH) is produced in both sexes. BGH is not specific for milk production in cows.

Lastly, yes, such huge mutants are also found in Pakistan and are put on display usually during Eid-ul-Adha (Baqar Eid). Judge the hight of these monsters:

Yes sir...You have many Phds...
Hats off to you..
You seems to have problem understanding English, what I can do. I never said that BGH is NOT used to increase milk production, primarily it is. I added further that BHG is not used ONLY for milk production but can also be used to add mass just like HGH in humans. I also gave names of other hormones which are used to increase the muscle mass in cattle. Is that too difficult to understand or comprehend?

. . . .
Nonsense. Not all Bulls are on androgens. It is due to genetic mutations of myostatin gene that causes double muscling. These mutations are then maintained through line breeding. These bulls have hypertrophic muscle growth that is due to their mutation that converts feed into muscles.

Here is an example of such breeding of mutated bulls,

Your golden following words:

Can you be simple and not like a slippery Eel and tell us how many Phds do you have among several? Please give us numbers, which is simple (instead to say you have many)..

And this was a Bull at the center of attention - And your input for a milk production against the same?
Who does not comprehend English?
