These 5 'bahus' and 'betis' of Pakistani TV are unrecognisable off-screen


We have picked five of our favourite bahus and betis from Pakistani dramas to show how their on-screen persona has very little to do with their off-screen presence.

1. Maya Ali

Maya made her acting debut with TV serial Durr-e-Shehwar. She is currently making waves as Manahil of Mann Mayal.

2. Sajal Aly

Sajal rose to fame with Mehmoodabad Ki Malkain. She has been on a roll since then, and was last seen in Gul-e-Rana.

3. Sonya Hussain

Sonya has played some strong characters in hit TV serials such asShikwa, Marasim and Nazo. She is currently seen in Kisay Chahoon.

4. Sana Javed

Sana made her acting debut in Shehr-e-Zaat and later played a pivotal role in hit TV serial Pyaare Afzal. Sana was last seen in Maana Ka Gharana.

5. Ushna Shah

Ushna rose to fame with the hit TV serial Bashar Momin. She is currently seen in Ab Kar Meri Rafugari.
