Its no secret that Afghan Taliban were supported by ISI. When they proclaimed Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, only three countries recognized it officially: Pakistan, UAE and Saudi Arabia. These are not rumors but facts. After Afghan Jihad, when Soviets left Afghanistan, there was no need for Jihad, yet Jihadists kept killing their own for power and greed.
