Exactly. The only difference is Arundhati Roy actually cares about India and is trying to teach Indians that hate is not the way.

This is the only hope for India’s survival. The person who waves a dagger at each of this neighbors will one day contend with a hundred daggers aimed at him.

Its funny Americans thought Indians will be at forefront for the war against China. Americans even believed Indians will help them in Afg, but indians are the land of snake charmers they wont do anything thats not in their interest.

The Indians know they cant touch China as China will bomb them into the stone age and they know Indian armed forces have no battle or war experience since the last 20 years(kargil) except blinding innocent stone pelters and school children and raping women. so going into Afg is a nightmare for indian armed forces they know they will get their @ss handed to them by the Afg taliban. American will ditch India quicker then it got rid of Pakistan, mark my words.

India marketed itself to west as bulwark against China and those in west were stupid enough to buy in this bullcrap without even checking the capabilities of the two nations. But tbh, western cajoling of India is more about targeting Pakistan then China. Pakistan is the biggest hurdle after they successfully maimed the Middle east.
