Chinese thermonuclear 3.3-megaton warhead is 100X more powerful than Indian 20-kiloton atomic warhead

Except for you delusional Indian nationalists, everyone else in the world understands that Chinese THERMONUCLEAR MEGATON warheads are 100 times more powerful than vastly inferior Indian ATOMIC KILOTON warheads.

Rankings of world nuclear (thermonuclear/hydrogen P-5 and atomic/fission) powers

XMIIl.jpg
Stunning, Frightening, Explosive and Destructive Power: Detonation of an 11-megaton Thermonuclear Bomb, March 26, 1954
Operation Castle, ROMEO Event
Bikini Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands

Rankings of world P-5 (i.e. Five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council) thermonuclear powers by megatons of firepower:

1. Russia - 1,273 megatons

2. United States - 570 megatons

3. China - 294 megatons (China has over half the nuclear firepower of the United States)

4. France - 55 megatons

5. Britain - 16 megatons

Humorous fact: A single Chinese DF-3A/CSS-2 IRBM or DF-4/CSS-3 ICBM with a 3.3 megaton warhead has over three times the destructive firepower in the entire Indian nuclear arsenal. In general, a thermonuclear warhead is roughly 100 times more powerful than an equivalent atomic warhead.

India only has low-yield atomic weapons. China can do what it likes.

China must never allow expansionist and imperialist India to develop thermonuclear weapons. It was only decades after independence that India annexed Sikkim (in 1975) and South Tibet (in 1986). The British have gone home and left their former Hong Kong colony. The Portuguese have also gone home and left their former colony in Macau.

We will eventually kick Indian imperialists out of Sikkim and South Tibet and send you packing.

Currently, India only possesses pathetically weak 4 to 25 kiloton atomic weapons. In comparison to a single Chinese 3.3 megaton thermonuclear weapon (which is over 100 times more powerful), Indian atomic weapons are like little firecrackers. However, at an unknown point in the future, I believe India will eventually develop a crude thermonuclear device. It could be 25, 50, or 75 years in the future.

Regardless of the exact time of India's development of a crude thermonuclear bomb, I have already formulated China's strategic neutron-bomb response, military control of Indian airfields, and survey and collection of the raw ores (e.g. uranium, thorium, and existing plutonium) to produce Indian fissile material.

A future Indian Nehru must never possess the capability to truly threaten China.

U.S. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory concluded the Indian thermonuclear device was a failure.

Do you think Chinese will fund it for Americans. It will take a massive loan to Americans for this to happen lol

Obama's $30 million pledge to Aquino can't even buy a single Chinook helicopter

It should be obvious to everyone the U.S. only lends verbal support to the Philippines. With Obama's pledge of $30 million to the Philippines in military aid for 2012, the Filipinos can't even buy a single $35 million American Chinook helicopter.

The real message from the U.S. to the Philippines: You're on your own against China. Good luck!

Dear all,

The Philippine government should use the $30 million to buy Mega Millions lottery tickets. ;-0

Sometimes the payout reaches as high as $656 million. Okay, the one time the jackpot did reach that amount two tickets were winners so the actual jackpot per ticket was $274 million. ;-0

Or nearly 9 times $30 million. ;0"

Yeah, I remember that Mega Million draw at the beginning of last month, I spent $20 for naught, well not exactly because I did enjoy the anticipations. It was the only time I bought a Lotto ticket in 5 years.

This Martian guy doesn't understand one point very simple, if China does nuke India and obliterate it completely it means it would exexpend all its force what about America and Russia?? your deterrence against them will be minimal and how long will it take for China to build such force again?? End of India doesn't gaurantee Chinese survival does it?? Will Americans sit idle (not for any love for India but for their safety) they will either attack or the worst nuke u into submission telling the world how crazy u are and they will agree too.... Pakistan will face the worst of it , the nuclear debris flying towards them and not to miss the small(as decided by martian) but sure nuking we will do to China. It is complete worst scenario for China from there.

I find martians' posts very educational.

By educational of course I mean a full 180 from topic relevance.

China is worried about Indian radioactive fallout

Actually, I think China has plenty of extra thermonuclear weapons hidden in its 5,000km "Underground Great Wall."

Practically speaking, the biggest deterrent against the use of Chinese 3.3-megaton thermonuclear weapons against India is the problem of radioactive fallout. I'm pretty sure the high-altitude winds blow predominantly from the west to the east. Nuking India will spread fallout throughout China.

Therefore, nuking India is the absolute last military measure. Unless the Indian military launches an atomic warhead at a Chinese city and enrages the CCP, I don't think a megaton Chinese thermonuclear warhead will ever explode over India.

^^^ You've been a major dissappointment already.

It looks like the famed "Martian2" is dead.

.. don't know what killed the "The Martian2" .. who could single handedly fill up 20 to even 50 pages worth of megatonnnagge and bombardment...

Indeed, are you the same guy... or just a poor proxy?

(was he an old guy .. or sick .. is the real one still alive) ???

Martian2, what you fail to realize is that the Philippines does not need huge Military AID because we all know that China is to Chicken **** to strike first.

nuff said, go home and jack off to these Chinese Communist scum you love so dearly... and all this talk about how China is SOOOO Superior to everyone is a joke... keep it up tho I need something to laugh about.

China Inc. comes first

We've all noticed China takes at least a month to get riled up.

Prior to the 1962 Sino-Indian War, China took months (or maybe years) and kept warning the Indians via the People's Daily newspaper. The Indians ignored the warnings and China finally lost patience.

We're seeing the same pattern today. Major CCP-affiliated newspapers express annoyance, offer of diplomacy, and slowly increase the severity of warnings. First, China sends out small patrol boats. Next comes bigger maritime boats. Finally, after a month or longer, we may finally see a warship.

I guess it's just national character. If the CCP sent out a fleet of 7,000-ton Type 052C destroyers, Type 054A frigates, and Type 093 Shang-class nuclear submarines then the Philippines might shut the hell up a lot sooner.

However, China looks like a business. The global image of China Inc. is very important and Chinese military power takes forever to manifest itself. At least this way, the Philippines can't say they didn't have adequate time and opportunities to step away from the brink. The Chinese method is excruciatingly slow, but it's fair. You have to insist on war over months and then the CCP will oblige you.
