First of all, as I said, being second class citizen have no bearing on race, you can be White if you get looked down upon.
I never said that is an issue of race, you are the one that peg that with race. not me. I mean, if you unilaterally think because you are not white and you are being treated as second class, as I said, that's your own insecurity issue.
On the other hand, yes, racism occur anywhere, can you say you have no racism in China? First of all, the entire community with respect to the foreigner is not determined by a few yokel, I mean should I say China is a racist country because of that one case when they don't help a white dude that fainted on the subway? Or go straight up on them and yell racist term? Yokel are everywhere, that does not mean you are being treated unfairly by the entire community.
Secondly, this is again, not a race issue, you can be white and act like a Karen and being treated like a second-class citizen, in fact, most of these "racist" dude I encountered here are themselves migrant to begin with, mostly middle eastern, and I have had seen a lot of white trash that got treated like they don't belong here. Being white did not immune you from racist attack, that's about personal attitude, again, if you keep saying people are gay, that mostly mean you are gay. If you get what I mean.
