Just like with any german products, people think they buy a product with quality trusting rather their brand but we all know german cars are inferior to korean cars when it comes to quality and price and the same it is with german weapons to russian weapons.

Koreans have come closer in many ways to Germans in terms of cars, but brand names do matter.

to be serious Korean cars have come closer since germans took the lead in Korean car companys key positions..

For example Kia...the men behind KIA´s design revolution from ugly bland design cars to good looking handsome products was Peter Schreyer. The most important turing point in KIA company histroy was 2006 as Peter Schreyer steped in as Kia´s chief designer and president...

Both Hyundai and KIA are mostly designed in Germany ... Kia in Frankfurt am Main and Hyundai has it´s huge design center in Ruesselsheim.

Peter Schreyer has designed tonns of cars for Audi and VW...

A3 A4 A6 TT Golf Eos New Beetle etc...

The ratio of destroyed tanks we know quite well.

USSR lost 97 K , while Germans lost about 35 K on East Front. Thus ratio is 1 to 2.8.

But the biggest loses Soviets had in first year of the war (1941 and first half of 1942). Later tank loses were about 1:2.

The ratio of killed men is much more obscure. My estimate is that USSR lost 13 mln, while Germans and allies lost 4 + 0.6 mln = 4.6 mln. Thus ratio is again 1 to 2.8. This ratio gradually decreased from about 1:10 in first year to about 1:1 in last year.

USSR surivived because ot three key factors...
1. land lease... the over ~12.000 tanks delivered by the UK USA and Canada keeped the Red Army tank forces filled up...and freed the russian economy to focus on tank production (by the end of ww2 3/4 of the red Army supply lines were based on US trucks locomotives railcars railways etc..
2. lack of high quality fuel and oil in numbers for the Wehrmacht... handicaped by notorius lack of fuel and burden with many technical problems resulting from low quality oil and petrol based on coal never allowed the Wehrmacht to completely use its existing equipment like they should have been...
3. Germany ramped up into war production much to late... after France they slowed down weapon and ammo production... mistake that was bitter payed in 1941 as the Wehracht lacked sparparts tranmissions and engines
