It is not only the US who has this technology. The major countries of the World have it. The technology in fact was invented by the Russians, under the phrase 'psychotronic weapons'. There is clearly an agreement amongst the major powers limiting the use of the technology upon one another's countries. Some friendly advice Winston, MKultra is probably the most hyped subject on the web, 99% of what you google is written by the ignorant, uniformed or just down right crazy.

The origional documents were released under FOI a few years ago and are available on 3 cd's or at numerous places on the web.

On a more serious note, the US did experiment with the gay bomb.

Also, the US and USSR (and probably others) invested in psychic research, so the concept is not as far fetched. Especially considering subliminal advertising is banned in most Western countries.

In any case, the US doesn't need mind control to gain accomplices. The best method has been around since the Phoenicians invented it 3500 years ago.
