The Tesla Bubble Is Bursting

just check craigslist. as I said, i'm sure they weren't the S model. Maybe model X, I honestly don't remember since the sheer fact that so many late model used teslas were available raised alarm bells in my mind so I didn't bother looking too much into teslas altogether. there were cheaper ones than the prices I listed out, probably model 3s, I don't remember cuz I DON'T CARE! I'm happy with the decision that I've made with my current 2 EVs...they are known to practically run forever without any problems so I'm sticking with them.

your money, your gamble...go get a tesla and see for yourself.
Model X used to start @ 90k and going over 120k for dual motor and long range battery. Yeah, unless it is banged up and have been in an accident, nothing for 45k.

This is was is called anecdotal claim without any proof.....

whatever rocks your boat man. model x, or s or 3. I'm stayin' away from teslas. other, far more reliable and cheaper alternatives are available, teslas are like iphones as far as I'm concerned, will always have that "group" of religious tesla followers just like apple has its religious followers.

Brother, I don't even own a Tesla :) I have no skin in the game.

I was just asking for factual evidence to support your claim. And that was not provided.

I explicitly said that they were not S models. I further said they "maybe" X models. lots of model 3s. My point still stands that the huge abundance of used late model teslas (regardless of the model) should make people nervous about its reliability. you don't find other electric vehicles that readily available in the used car market.

X is more expensive than S. I looked all over “Craigslist”, there is no 2019+ X that is less than 77k.
Model 3 or Y even with dual motor and longer range battery never were 90k.

So your claim that a 3 year old Tesla that cost 90k is now 45k is false.

and? macbooks are probably one of most expensive laptops you can get and yet, they are garbage! since when did the price tag become a measure of quality? it's all about marketing...

LOL! You are quite opinionated. I'm typing on a M1 MacBook Pro right now and it is awesome. Battery life is incredible. I purchased my old MacBook Pro in 2008 and it's still running.

once again, as I said earlier, WHEN I WAS SHOPPING EARLY LAST YEAR! ab bik gaee so bik gaee, may kia karoon? but craigslist will still give you a pretty good idea that most used cars for sale out there are teslas. if that doesn't give you a pause that maybe there's a reason why people want to get rid of em merely 2 to 5 years are owning them, then good luck, go buy one. I for one won't take that chance.

I too an on a macbook pro 16 inch, 2019 and I hate it along with all my coworkers, and mind you, we're either engineers or mangers and directors who used to be engineers, so if hate a piece of technology, may wanna take us seriously. ;)

Well these days companies are moving to VDI's so whether I'm using my MacBook Pro or my HP laptop doesn't really matter much. I do prefer my HP over my Macbook for work only because of the of the CTRL versus Command key and the added backspace/delete button combo. But for non-work I always use my MacBook Pro.

and VDIs are on windows (mostly) which is equally a monstrosity!

Well pretty much all business software primarily runs on Windows so not much you can do about it.

But honestly they can call it Windows 10 but it still looks primarily like Windows 95 to me.

hmm this video better

i am from technology field and own both windows based and apple product. It is hardly ever the case with my macbook that i will something similar to blue screen(bsd). I see that few times when i push my windows computers. I gave my 6 year old macbook pro 15 to my daughter for her school. The experience on it has not changed yet from the time i bought it. My windows machine tend to get sluggish with time and the only way to fix it is to get some utility to continue keep my sectors arranged and contigous... Not sure of other ppl's experience I am just talking about mine.

@GumNaam I have a double masters in technology and have pretty much 360 degree experience from operator, practioner and leader in that arena. I am also (without disclosing) more than a director :D. Hopefully my opinion may hold some weight too.
Apples although no longer follow RISC architecture and have also fallen on the train of CISC based processors. The operating system alone makes it a better experience. If you have mostly worked with windows user experience Mac experience can indeed be a bit quirky ( i can admit to that)
