The SCS Joint Oil Exploration Idea

I love the plan of Japan, 12 subs and 12 nuclear ICBMs. We all know that show your preparation for making sure your peace, not for attacking anyone if needless.

how many destroyers our enemy has, we have ten time bigger q'ty of supersonic antiship missiles.
how many MBTs and helos they have, we prepared hundreds times bigger q'ty of RPG and Manpad ...

PH trying to buy peace by all price. They should be able to protect the peace.

We should not attempt to 1 vs 1. a good lock and a telephone line could protect your house from gangsters at least for a given duration.

Do I have to give you the lecture again? Nobody will share military satelites with Vietnam, not for sanction reasons, but they are just not that into you.

You need military grade sats to actually be able to hit the target. Sure GPS' civilian functions are pretty good, but using that to target, and you may as well just use the missile as a firecracker, it's just as good. Not to mention, to date, people don't like to share those sensitive tech anyways even without the risk factor.

Then there is the fact antiship missiles need good radars, we have ASEA AEGIS radars, you don't, we have some of the best radars on land and in the air, you again, don't. So we will see you, but you won't see us, how can you fire any missile.

Only weapons like the HJ-12 and Javalin are sure fire ways to deal with tanks, sort of, and you got none, manpad will only scratch a modern tank, btw, unlike reports, we have close to 4000 modern tanks, while surprise surprise you have none. Again, data link play a key role, other players on the field like helicopters, infantry, sats, UAVs, fighters, and more can locate a target and share the location with our tanks and take you out, while your people still has to manually turn the gun.

China can very easily destroy the Vietnam army, you are way overestimating the Vietnamese military. We will have lots to learn from actual combat, but the good things is, you also have no idea how modern combat is fought, so we are both going in "blind." Except we got a helper dog and monkey.

Going into a conflict with China at present (as in a shooting war) would likely pushed us on the brink of societal collapse as it could empty our treasuries and even if we win in a conflict with China, we would lose a country.
I have to ask how would you win? Naval battles need ships, without talking about your ship's quality, can you take out ou rentire navy with just 2?

You always want to teach, go for a job as teacher.
Again, we have our own regional satellites launched by Arian-5 rockets and future one would be by Japanese Epsilon rocket, I hope.

Do you know you don't have real AEGIS combat system ?
You are wrong about Vietnam radars, find more. It's so naive to think Vietnam is blind when trying to buy as many as we can antiship missiles without good radars.

Let me remind you, not lecture you, manpad is for helo and low altitude cruise missiles, aircrafts.
It's naive to think When China could build thousand tanks, Vietnam is unable to get 100,000 good antitank grenades.

62,000 deaths and casualties to China side can tell you how to fight actual combats. Modern ? tell me which the better aircraft China has compare to Vietnam Su30MK2 ?

I have to ask how would you win? Naval battles need ships, without talking about your ship's quality, can you take out ou rentire navy with just 2?
What is your target for win? We have less warships but more antiship missiles. Our warships are not to fight 1 vs 1 in blue ocean. We could win to protect our coastlines and destroy as many as we can enemy warships while Enemy warship found nothing to shoot to.

The idea of the victory is that we still retain the territories...which is impossible at present.

China showed a friendly gesture, PH will give the world the impression that they don't wanna ease bilateral tensions if they reject the proposal.

Chinese people draw the line Kudan arrogant, only China considers it fair...

Belarus to sell Vietnam advanced radar to counter J-20

Belarus will sell 20 Vostok E 2-Dimensional Metric Band Surveillance Radars to Vietnam as a countermeasure against the J-20, China's fifth-generation stealth fighters, according to the Russian Military News Network on July 20.
After the recent visit of a Belarus military delegation to Vietnam, a contract was signed for Vietnam to import 20 Vostok E VHF band radars to replace its older radar systems from the Soviet era. With the ability to detect US F-117A Nighthawk from 350 kilometers in unjammed environment, this new radar system will be deployed to the disputed South China Sea as a weapon against the stealth fighters of the PLA Air Force when they enter service in the coming years.
When combined with advanced missile systems such as the S-300 surface-to-air missile, the Vostok E can be a formidable weapon against aircraft. While Russia is improving its relationship with China after Xi Jinping became president, Belarus has become a more reliable source of advanced weapons systems. Like Russia and Ukraine, Belarus also inherited the weapons systems of Soviet design, which are badly needed by countries like Vietnam.
Seven Vostok E 2-Dimensional Metric Band Surveillance Radars had already been ordered by Hanoi back in 2005. Belarus has also invited the Vietnamese People's Army to send its personnel to Minsk for training. The first group of Vietnamese trainees arrived in the country in June.

The Kolchuga (Кольчуга Chainmail) passive sensor is an ESM system developed in the Soviet Union and manufactured in Ukraine. Its detection range is limited by line-of-sight but may be up to 800 km (500 mi) for very high altitude, very powerful emitters. Frequently referred to as Kolchuga Radar, the system is not really a radar, but an ESM system comprising three or four receivers, deployed tens of kilometres apart, which detect and track aircraft by triangulation and multilateration of their RF emissions.

Right, sorry, finally got a break, catching up on the black list. You mean anti tank missiles, like the JAvalin, they are 50,000 or 70, I forgot a pop, how's your math skills? India is only getting some and they spend way more than you.

Other anti tank guns are useless as proven by our type 89 anti tank gun, which is being phased out.
Do you mean only USA could anti tanks ?
Definitely not. IS could, and of course Vietnam self produced what is able to scrap Type 99.
Your Type 89 anti tank failed and must be stopped production in 1990s. That's your internal issue.

J-16 is a much improved version of Su-30, we also have SU-30, J-11B is also up to date as is J-10B. You don't have enough of it anyhow.
Telling us what you have in real, not what in paper.
But for preparation, even full functioned J-20 ( now in paper ) meet our Vostok-E radar system to countermeasure. We're always ready for even non-ready items from you.
If you know well about our tactic, let count how many SAM we have to compare with your J-xx

Bottomline, if you thin ka few billion dollars a year can even think of holding a hundred billion dollar army, I don't know what to tell you man. There's nothing I can say to change your mind.
.

Do you really think 100 billion dollars of purchase is for against only Vietnam?
We used to be air and sea dominated during Vietnam War. I am not sure whether China could do the same. USA so rich, their high GDP per capita lasted for decades, same to Japan. ( means big savings )
So we don't consider China as rich guys as USA now and in the past.

Seeing the number of small, fast attack vessels in the PH Navy, I think it is time to consider updating them. Arming them with anti-ship missiles such as the French-made Exocet missile or Israeli-made Gabriel missile aside from the American-made Harpoon.

Possible ships for for modification are the Jose Andrada-class patrol craft and Tomas Batillo-class patrol craft

I know you are military blinder but i still politely tell you the radar is a 2d radar which is low accuracy and easily be jammed by electramagnetic interference, or more specifically say it is a piece of junk at the moment. Cheers

This only for now we too currently weak to do anything for now but china has overstep people and that arrogance will cost you peoepl someday remember arrogance have taken emipers down before. And it all started from a moral victory over it so dont push your luck.

PH never known well enough about CN.
They didn't learn from Scarborough case

We did china can not be trusted with anything but currently our position is never military its diplomatic but leaders sadly does not know that a strong military comes along a good diplomatic front.

I think the exocet and gabriel missiles is already a strong possibility since we have defense agreements with both France and Israel but a American Harpoons? unlikely the US congress needs to apporve the sell before we can buy it so no luck for now

PH has smart moves on diplomat. Now the leaders know the need for a good army.
The weapons could buy for 1 to few years, but a good army is unable to build in short time.
It's luck that PH soldiers are brave. Now they need good weapon and more joint exercises
Get it late still better than never.

Bad idea the chinese imperialist do not and can not keep any agreement with anyone its fact so why pressure a false peace they are just buying time they losing the moral and the court of public opinion on the International community i say keep the presure on a moral victory is far more better than no victory.
Yes, keep racking up your moral and public opinion victories while we enforce our territorial integrity. Since public opinion is such a powerful weapon, United States has been destroyed in the aftermath of 2003 Iraq invasion due to world anger. Oh wait, opinions are meaningless, just like Philippines. You can hate us all you want as long as you fear us.
