I went through their criteria after making my post and turkeys rank seems odd , but China is a different case. In China if you are prosecuted, you are convicted in 99.9% of the times. Means defence is a eyewash.
In India it's the opposite , the system is so unstable that unless it's a prominent case , the criminal will get off Scott free if he has resources.
Turkeys justice system I have no idea about but their unchecked persecution of tens of thousands after the coup attempt, does not point to a robust justice system.
Industrialized and high income are not really relevant, look at saudi Arabia

Rape is rampant in India, lynching minorities and religious persecution, India is also the most corrupt as almost every politician is corrupt and has cases of rape filed against them, and should be at bottom.

Industrialisation has nothing to do with it... Likes of non-industrialised and low income countries like Rwanda, Namibia, St. Lucia are far above in the list....

China has les rule of law than India? go to New Delhi and come to Beijing and see what the people are doing in these two cities now and make your own decision.

Knee jerk reaction. I have been to china and Chinese do seem more well off. But go through the criterias mentioned at the top and then react. In China if the government wants to jail you with or without reason, the courts become essentially a eyewash.
You are confusing a peaceful society with justice system. China is more peaceful than usa and uk , leave alone India. Though if you leave the sensationalist headlines, many tourists say they feel safer in India than in uk or usa. But we are talking about justice system not safety.

China doesn't have kangroo courts, caste based lynching, honor killings, people don't takes laws into their own hands.

If rule of law doesn't bring peace and order, what's rule of law is there for?

You are too easily triggered.
I can show news items from China in which a man in china kills 10 kindergarten kids.
Stick to the topic. If u can't, bye.
Yes, those incidents happen, maybe even on yearly basis, but we don't regularly have massive social disturbances that you guys experience all the time.
