What's new

The Royal govt of Pakistan Peoples Party

There is nothing wrong with this, why would this be wrong since during the Musharraf era each MNA had 3 or 4 ministries under his/her belt, do you want that again? Plus there are lots of niggles in what you say, since you are most likely including Chief Ministers ambassadors as well as advisors that would definitely over exaggerate the amount of ministers.

Lets stick to what you want the Number of Federal ministers + the number of Ministers of state= 43.

.
Following are the inducements for Ministers in Pakistan:

I find these figures really hard to believe as there is no such evidence or sources of where these numbers and expenses are coming from. Pakistani people and media do like to exaggerate alot so until and unless there are some legitimate sources i am going to call this bogus

well i know these report is not correct, since single MPA gets around 4 lac/month (as remember happened when PPP were negotiation for government and JUI put pay scale issue up). Also i remember, when SHaukat tareen accepted that PM house's one day expenditure is 10 million and President house's is 1.5 million. Some news channels put it up, but then silence afterwards.

HUM MAR GAY HAIN KIYA? mey kab banoon ga minister??

Even at 60 this is a very high number. Many ministries can be combined into one but in order to satisfy the demands from partners and supporters, PPPP increased the number of ministeries.

This is another disgrace which Zaradri ahs brought upon PPPP.

Unfortunately this is what was carried on from the previous administration, which had led each MNA a toll of 3 to 4 ministries to handle (greed). But this is fine since it will make ministers responsible since the mess that is left behind will take decades to clear up. Plus it is also a curse on the Gov to have had to lose so much of its power through Privatization, the government is stretched to fix major issues of power. I am sure in the future some these miniseries wont be needed since the private sector will handle it. Like for instance in the past the IPP's were handling the power sector of Pakistan until they were neglected. It is matter of time when the private sector starts to grip its part in getting Pakistan on its feet.

Actually its better to have 1 person with multiple portfolios. That means that instead of 90, you have 30-40 minister who all get the salaries and benefits for one federal ministerial job.

Ambassadors are not included in this count. Secondly you cannot stick to the number of 43 because you are allowing almost 50 others to expense back to the tax payers. That is NOT right! You would not want to pay these people. Pakistan is running into the ground because of the way she is being raped and pillaged by these Government officials. It is all fine for you to look in the past and bad mouth those people, however lets look at the present and realize that these people's expenses are being funded by foreign aid which many future generations of Pakistanis will have to pay off.

.
we shoud give them 1 for atleast creating jobs sham man its the system ... 90 ministers .. just what exactly they have to manage to employe 90 ministrs ... We need accountability since the media has revolutionised a lot why dont they go and find out what each of them job role is !!? Media has to get on top of this only they are the one who can give pakistani tax payers the explaination of wt all them guys are upto!

You are talking about the PPP eras and the PML-N eras right?

When Gen. Zia died, Pakistan had approx. $12 B of foreign debt. From 1988 till 1999 that debt reached approx $34 B.

From 1999 till 2008, debt was reduced and we were out of the IMF program. Outstanding debt in 2008 was approx. $34 B.

Benazir and Nawaz Sharif has done far more demage to Pakistan then any dictator. I am sure you are reffering to their f**k ups

We don't need to remind each other of the freak show that governed Pakistan. They did not represent the People and played little role in improving their lives, if they were so good why aren't we seeing them back in power or recognized. The election that took place in Febuary 2008 were the decisive votes of the people to see them govern Pakistan and were elected and not hand picked winners.

A Ministers salary is 45.000 Rupees.

If you are fixating on Parvez Elahi who made mansions and bought some 100 bullet proof luxury cars, such indication seen from these ministers than we could call it a cheat.
