Bangladesh is Regional Superpower? LOL. Our country is not extremely poor but we are far from becoming a superpower.

Bangladesh needs to build up its military power to be regarded as any sort of meaningful regional power in South Asia alongside with Pakistan and india (the only regional powers in the region for now).

Pakistan and China will help Bangladesh's rise and military build up. But is Hasina willing to challenge her Bharti masters for sake of her nation's honor?

We are against savagery of all forms. We condem the use of violence and terror by parties to reach political goals. Other than your heavily radicalized Rohingyas, Myanmar has around a dozen of insurgent groups. India's position regarding all of them is the same, peaceful resolution of the disputes through deliberations and discussions.

India wants a safe and sustainable return of the refugees to their original habitat, make no mistake about that. But we won't allow Myanmar territory to be used by terrorists like ARSA and AA against our respective countries.

We are going to do the same to these ARSA loving Rohingya refugees, who took the chance of killing the minorities living in their midst even as they mounted an attack on the Tatmadaw.

International relation do not work by taking sides ..they work by taking a balanced approach between two conflicting parties, with objective of protecting your interests.

We got to understand that these Bengalis are easily swayed by emotions- 'with us or against us' approach is the best they understand, for a superpower country they find themselves in the unenviable position of being able to do nothing for a million Rohingyas who have been shafted into her nether orifice. Hence, we find them lapping up to two seconds of attention and fame every time China or India take their side.

However in Bengali, we use Sona or Sonar not as in literal sense most of the time. So here Sonar Bangla means my loving, blessed and /prosperous Bangladesh.

We also called kids as Sona in the sense of adorable kid, and also call girl friend/boy friend each other as Sona sometimes in romantic sense. It has actually broad use.

Ps: Sona is spelling, but pronouncing is Shona.

Firstly, they are not Assamese muslims and whether they are Indian will be proved after the completion of NRC exercise.

Secondly, citizenship is a privilege not a matter of inherent right for those declared as foreigners and the process is governed by State laws. Otherwise there would be no reason of having international borders and citizenship rules.
